'''Wilson''' was the butler of [[Stephen Leeds]]. Not himself a hallucination, he was "an excellent servant and an excellent person", one of the few who could put up with his master's peculiarities.{{ref|b|legion|c|1}} He often went through the motions of making sure all of Leeds' hallucinations were comfortable, or going to fetch them from their rooms.
Wilson was not, however, a sychophant. He would call Stephen out if he thought his master was acting improperly or disrespectfully towards his clients and visitors.
