Las formas humanas de las quimeras son tan retorcidas que se parecen más a los cánidos. Se mueven a cuatro patas "de forma claramente inhumana". Tienen articulaciones que se doblan en sentido contrario en los codos y las rodillas, y ojos puramente negros. Conservan rasgos humanos, como "dedos demasiado largos" y manos con pulgares oponibles.{{book ref|mb5|21}}
Chimera's human forms are so twisted that they more resemble canines. They move on all fours "in a distinctly inhuman way". They have joints that bent the wrong way at the elbows and knees, and pure black eyes. Corren rápido sobre sus cuatro extremidades, y atacan principalmente mordiendo con dientes afilados o arañando con sus uñas. Sus cráneos gruesos son resistentes a las armas de fuego modernas; probablemente Sangradora los diseñó así para mejorar su capacidad de luchar contra [[Waxillium Ladrian]], aunque con el tiempo mató a algunos de ellos con un disparo de escopeta a corta distancia. {{book ref|mb5|21}}
They run fast on all four limbs, and mainly attack by biting with sharp teeth or scratching with their nails. Their thickened skulls are resistant to modern firearms; Bleeder likely designed them that way to improve their ability to fight [[Waxillium Ladrian]], though he eventually killed some of them with a close range shotgun blow. {{book ref|mb5|21}} Unlike kandra, they do not have the abilities to change forms.
