Aquellos que se unen a los Nominadores de lo Otro normalmente aceptan la filosofía de que deben mejorar con cada juramento, con el objetivo de explorar su verdadero potencial y alcanzarlo.{{wob ref|13778}} Esta orden está más abierta a aceptar a todo tipo de personas, siempre que quieran superarse a sí mismos. Tienden a atraer a aquellos que son menos extravagantes, como eruditos, teólogos y personas interesadas en el liderazgo.
