== Personality and Appearance ==
Delius has brown hair and tends to dress well, due to his position. He is almost constantly drunk, and lives by two beliefs: That wine is the best companion a man could ask for, and that the Lord Merchant represents all that is evil and vile on [[Taldain]]. Despite his drinking habit, he agrees to support [[Kenton]] in the vote on whether to disband the Diem or not.
