The second letter is a reply to the first, written by Frost to Hoid.{{wob ref|5301}} In this letter, Frost dismisses HoidsHoid's concerns, arguing that Rayse has been trapped by [[Honor]] in the [[Rosharan system]], and thus the threat he presents is sufficiently obstructed for the time being.
