She accompanies [[Hesho]] to [[Starsight (station)|Starsight]] to help prove that their race is worthy of primary citizenship in the [[Superiority]]. At one point, she seeks him out to ask how she should vote on an upcoming taxation change, despite the fact that Hesho is not supposed to be their ruler anymore. When he suggests voting randomly so that the Superiority won't think he is influencing the senate, she decides this means that Hesho will influence the universe to make the drawn lots align with his desires.{{book ref|sky2|26}}
