Joshua Bilmes is Brandon Sanderson's agent, who runs JABberwocky Literary Agency.
The revision of White Sand was what made Joshua pick up Brandon as a client, though Joshua did not think the novel was good enough, and wanted to see some of Brandon's other work. Joshua was instrumental in the revision process of Elantris, where he persuaded Brandon to cut the Mad Prince.[1]
He prefers to be called "Joshua", rather than "Josh".
