I have updated some dates in relation to several existing dates, but I have encountered a contradiction. In The way of kings, chapter 37, titled "FIVE AND A HALF YEARS AGO" it said "Now thirteen years of age, Tien". Does anyone know in relation to what date, the chapter titles are dated? Hey, how did someone manage to get the correct dates for the in-world calendar? I didn't think we knew exactly when that was? It's pretty up-to-date and I'll be working to put the newer interviews in as soon as I can. Now that the first volume of White Sand has been released, should it be put in its rightful place in the timeline (namely, before Elantris)? The timeline of events currently does not have any major shardic events in it, such as the shattering or Odium splintering shards. I could add these to the events on planets, but I think it would be useful to have a major cosmere events section with just the things that have a large impact on the cosmere. What do others think? ::: I gave this some thought... I think there is place for a Chronology page. It should be a meta page that focuses on the general chronological order of the books. But I do agree that the detailed timelines should be tucked somewhere else. I imagine a History section on the "Cosmere" page that lists best-known dates for major events in the Cosmere. And the more specific timelines can fit into sections on the world or planetary system pages- whichever is more appropriate. :::: I like the idea of the individual planet/system pages having the detailed timeline. I agree with Jofwu that this page is useful to talk about the ordering of the books. Maybe we could move the world timeline but leave links on the page to each system? E.g. "For a timeline of events on Roshar, see [[Rosharan system]]" or something like that.
