La cuenca de los festejos está ubicada al pie de la colina donde se encuentra el [[Pináculo (Roshar)|Pináculo]], el palacio de Elhokar en las Llanuras. The feasting basin is located at the foot of the hill holding the [[Pinnacle]], Elhokar's palace on the Plains.
