Rosharan mythology

So on Roshar Damnation was the place where those were sent after death who didn't deserve joining the Tranquiline Halls and therewith it was the counterpart to the Tranquiline Halls.
In Vorinism people were to become best in their Glory and Calling for after death one may join the Heralds fighting to reclaim the Tranquiline Halls from the Voidbringers. In Alethkar the highest calling was to be a great warrior for this purpose. But each profession was needed in the Tranquiline Halls, so i.e. farmers and cooks, too.

On Roshar Damnation is the counterpart of the Tranquiline Halls, a place of torture and destruction. In Vorinism it is believed that the Voidbringers were made in Damnation, created from hate.
The people on Roshar often use "Damnation" as a curse word.[2][3]

The Tranquiline Halls were heaven for the Rosharan people, the place were they had been cast out by the Voidbringers down to Roshar. In Vorinism it is believed that the best in their Glory and Calling were to be sent to the Tranquiline Halls after death to join the Heralds for fighting of the Voidbringers out of heaven again.
