Here is a guide on translation for the Coppermind. It's a work in progress, so I'm putting it on my user page.

Marking a Page as Translatable (Staff and Translation Staff Only)

Before a page can be translated, it must be marked as translatable. This is fairly easy to do.

The first thing that must be done is putting the entire page's contents in <translate> </translate> tags. Put <translate> at the top of the page, and put </translate> at the very bottom of the page.

Once that is done, there will be a button at the top of the page that says "Mark this page for translation". Only staff (Keepers) and translation staff can mark a page for translation.

The default settings should be sufficient. The software will put in tags like <!--T:1--> into the software on a paragraph level. It doesn't seem like you will need to mess with those. (If the base article adds a new paragraph, the software will automatically add new tags there.)
