It opens into a large, broad, and long rectangular hallway, with branching corriders and doorways to grand chambers set into the side walls. The hallways often slope downwards into the mountain. The Palanaeum is found within the Conclave, deep within the mountains surrounding the city and is approximately a thirty minute walk from the outside of the building. It is set a long distance away from the residential guest suites.
