He seems to have a Position with in [[Amaram]]'s close staff, because he advised the highmarshal to take the Shards that Kaladin had won, for himself, since Amaram is trained in the sword and accustomed to plate. Also get rid of any witnesses, which let to the deaths of [[Hab]], [[Reesh]], [[Alabet]], and [[Coreb]], the last surviving members of Kaladin’s squad. and Kaladins own enslavement.{{ref|b|sa1|c|51}}.
