The obligators were a bureaucratic organization of the [[Final people that the Lord Ruler created in order to take care of the many facets of the Final Empire. The obligators were organized into cantons that took care of the different needs of the Final Empire such as the Canton of Resource. |
|||
The obligators would have be called in to witness or aprove of anything significant going on in the Final Empire. They were needed every time a deal was made between nobles and were often called to witness more mundane things. |

Obligators are notable in having a deep faith in the religion surrounding the Lord Ruler and having intricate tatoos around their eyes the significance of which is unknown. |
