== Role ==

M-bot played a key part in the end of Skyward, where he helped Spensa defeat the [[Krell]] and stop them from dropping a lifebuster bomb. M-bot is more advanced than any DDF ship, so before he was fixed Spensa and Rig had to figure out how to get his technology to the DDF without revealing M-bot, who would fry his systems if they turned him in. M-bot became a friend to Spensa, causing him to become one of the more important characters, despite being a AI.
