Kalak is a character from the series [[The Stormlight Archive]].
He is one of the [[Heralds]], and is called Kelek in [[Vorinism]]. According to the religion, he is associated with the Essence Foil and the Attributes Resolute and Builder. He is number Kak on the [[Ten Essences]] table.
==Plot==
Kalak survives one of the [[Desolations]] and thinks of the place where the Heralds go when they die or a Desolation has ended. He meets with [[Jezrien]] at the meeting place of all the surviving Heralds. He thinks that its unusual that nine of the ten Heralds have survived, and tells Jezrien that he cannot go back to the place in between Desolations. Jezrien agrees and says that the [[Oathpact]] is ended.
Kalak considers the people they are abandoning, as well as [[Talenel]].
