Jezrien, also known as Jezerezeh-Elin or the Stormfather, is one of the ten Heralds of The Almighty. He is their supposed leader, with Kalak describing him as having a royal bearing. His outward age appears to be about 30, witha short neat black beard. He used to be a king, but it has been several centuries since he has. He seems distraught at the ending of the Oathpact.
