La mayor parte del país es una serie de largas y estrechas penínsulas que se adentran en el mar, y una única más grande que separa la isla de [[Akak]] del resto del archipiélago de Reshi. El interior de Herdaz parece bastante llano, con un único río principal que divide las mitades occidental y oriental del país, y una serie de ríos costeros más pequeños y cortos.
