During the events of [[Mistborn:_The_Hero_of_Ages|Hero of Ages]] Haddek helped [[Sazed]] learn of the original Terris prophecies and so aided in his discovery of the intentions of [[Ruin]]. However, once it became clear that Ruin had begun to influence the kandra he declared that the '''Resolution''' had come, prompting most of the kandra to remove their blessings{{ref|b|mb3|c|79}}.
