Atium
Atium stores Age -age, or more specifically, Youthyouth. Storing age is usually a fairly useless endeavor: in order to be young for a time, a Feruchemist needs to stay older for a time as they fill their Metalmindsmetalminds. It can, however, be useful for disguising a Feruchemist's identity.

Of Particularparticular interest however, is that -- since Compounding provides a greater burst of the attribute store than was initially stored in the Metalmind, -- it is possible for a Personperson capable of both Allomancy and Feruchemy, to "gain" more youth then they store.
Essentially, they become immortal, able to repetitively retrieve youth.
The disadvantage of this is of course, the fact that the since Atiumatium is burned up in the Processprocess, a permanent supply of the metal is necessary.

This, in addition to the fact that an Atium Twinborn,Twinborns (or Allomancer-Feruchemist,Feruchemists) are almost non-existent, makes the practice incredibly rare.

So far in the series, it has only be used by The Lord Ruler and Iron Eyes, although Atium Twinborn (Ifif they exist) and a number of the Steel Inquisitors under Ruin's control might have been capable of duplicating the feat.

The name for an atiumAtium Ferring is, as of yet, unknown; as none have been discovered to the knowledge of the world at large.
