Elantrians heal quickly and are practically immortal, but being an Elantrian is emotionally and mentally exhausting and is one of the hardest forms of immortality that exist in the [[cosmere]].{{wob ref|5685}} They have superior strength and speed.{{book ref|Elantris|prologue}}
