Mention in the body of the article that Koloss are hemalurgic constructs?

This would provide consistency within the topic and a nice way to link to the subsection in the hemalurgy page and the broader topic.

Wondering if it would make sense to create a tag or category to go in the upper-right-hand box, similar to Abilities field that shows up on, for example Kelsier's page.

Wajeemba, not sure exactly what it is you feel should be mentioned but isn't; I feel like the Creation and Powers sections cover most of their nature as Hemalurgic constructs. The wording could maybe use some adjustment though; in the first sentence of the Creation section, I could see it making sense to just straight up say they're Hemalurgic constructs rather than compare them to Inquisitors. I don't think we need to explicitly link to that section on the Hemalurgy page, since the base Hemalurgy page is already linked, but if you do reword that sentence to include the words "Hemalurgic construct," I have no objection to making that a link. And I could be missing something, is there something else specific you had in mind?

With regards to the infobox, there's some stuff we've been meaning to change there that I think aligns with what you had in mind, so I've done that. I don't think Hemalurgic constructs need their own category for now though; Category: Hemalurgy seems sufficient.
