A Dedelin no le gusta que Siri vaya por su cuenta en lugar de asistir a las clases con sus tutores, y a menudo la reprende con firmeza cuando se las salta. Siri's perception of herself is based around the way Dedelin views Vivenna, and how he praises her control, the total opposite of Siri {{book ref|wb|1}} This also affects Siri's relationship with Vivenna, since she thinks that she can never live up to her sister, and she doesn't care that she doesn't in some ways. Siri's remark about nobody doing anything better than Vivenna shows that. {{book ref|wb|2}} She's sarcastic about her actions and their implications, contradicts Dedelin constantly, unlike Vivenna.
