Byungho is a member of the Fabian Augments cartel. He was with Ulric Stromfin and Marshal in Maelport when they came to the building with the portal where Runian and Quinn were fighting. He and Marshal fought with Ealstan outside, while Ulric entered the building to speak with the fighters.[1] Byungho was killed by Ealstan when Logna disrupted the nanites in his body.[1][2]
