== Appearance and Personality ==
Arclo typically imitates the form of an elderly man{{book ref|sa2.5|6}}, and does his best to maintain as close to a human form as he can{{book ref|sa2.5|18}}. His true form is made of many cremling-like creatures that fit together to form the different parts of his body. His is very interested in philosophical debates and often brings up some of these ideas when he speaks to Lift{{book ref|sa2.5|6}}, at one point even going off on several philosophical tangents when Lift is meeting with him in the alleyway here he killed the two Skybreakers{{book ref|sa2.5|18}}.
== History ==
He was known to sit on the porch of the orphanage there and met with Lift there several times. During their conversations, he asked her about which body part she felt she was, which she brushed off as a dumb question{{book ref|sa2.5|6}}. Lift later seeks him out as she believes that he is the other radiant in Tashikk that [[Nale]] is searching for but finds him in an alley with the corpses of two of Nale's trainees which is also where he reveals his true form to her. He guides her towards the person she is actually looking for then goes his separate ways with her{{book ref|sa2.5|18}}.
