Currently the only known travelers to Shadesmar are [[Hoid]], [[Shallan Davar]], [[Khriss}, [[Nazth]] and [[Jasnah Kholin]] (and [[Kelsier after he dies]], it will become more prevalent in future books.{{qa ref|533|9|Stormlight Archives hints|date=Sep 16th, 2010}} It is possible that members of the [[Seventeenth Shard]] travel using Shadesmar.
The [[ardent]]s in Roshar are aware of Shadesmar, and have texts describing someone traveling there.{{book ref|sa1|i|8}}
