Being in the area immediately around Kredik Shaw gave one a feeling of immense depression, as if a constant, strong [[Brass|Soothing]] were taking place. This was caused by the Lord Ruler himself.
[[Vin]] destroyed the palace while she became [[Preservation]] during her last fight with Steel Inquisitors. Remnants of the palace where forced in to the ground inside a large crater caused by this event.{{ref|b|mb3|c|72}}
