Cuando la [[Supremacía]] envió su acorazado al frente para comenzar a bombardear [[Detritus]], el Escuadrón Valquiria fue uno de los escuadrones enviados para luchar contra los krell para que [[FM]] pudiera desactivar el cañón. El Escuadrón Valquiria y el Escuadrón Victoria se encargaron de despejar el camino hacia el acorazado, dejando que el Escuadrón Cielo siguiera su estela. Cuando FM empezó a disparar al cañón, el Escuadrón Valquiria y el Escuadrón Victoria les pisaron los talones, distrayéndolos para que no llegaran a FM. Con el tiempo, los krell eran demasiados y FM tuvo que retirarse. Cuando el acorazado comenzó a disparar, el Escuadrón Valquiria se retiró a la Plataforma Primaria con los otros vuelos a las órdenes de [[Matthew Cobb|Cobb]].{{book ref|sf2|11}}
When the [[Superiority]] sent their battleship forward to begin bombarding [[Detritus]], Valkyrie Flight was one of the flights sent up to fight off the Krell so that [[FM]] could disable the cannon. Valkyrie Flight and [[Victory Flight]] preformed the task of clearing a pathway to the battleship, letting [[Skyward Flight]] follow in their wake. When FM began to shoot at the cannon, Valkyrie Flight and Victory Flight nipped at the Krell’s heels, distracting them from getting to FM. Eventually there were too many Krell, and FM had to retreat. When the battleship began firing, Valkyrie Flight retreated back to [[Platform Prime]] with the other flights on [[Matthew Cobb|Cobb’s]] orders.{{book ref|sf2|11}}
