He is commonly described as "portly", though he has lost weight at various points.{{book ref|mb1|4}} He wears extremely colorful clothes, and has black hair and a mustache.{{expand}} Breeze is often lazy, and delights in getting people to do things he doesn’t want to do, such as fetching him drinks.{{book ref|mb1|4}}

Kelsier solía utilizar a Brisa para para interactuar con nobles, de modo que éste último tenía bastantes seudónimos por los que le conocían las diferentes familias nobles.{{book ref|mb1|6}} Durante el derrocamiento del [[Imperio Final]], Brisa trabajó con un equipo de aplacadores y encendedores para reclutar skaa para el ejército de la banda.{{book ref|mb1|10}} Fue durante uno de estos eventos de recultamiento cuando enseñó a Vin a utilizar el [[Cinc#Uso alomántico|cinc]] y el [[Latón#Uso alomántico|latón]]. Tras la rebelión, cuando [[Elend]] se convirtió en rey, Brisa le ayudó a escribir sus discursos, ya que era muy hábil persuadiendo, incluso sin el uso de la alomancia. Comenzó una relación con [[Allrianne Cett]] mientras estaba al servicio de [[Ashweather Cett|lord Cett]]. Cuando Cett trató de invadir [[Luthadel]], Brisa volvió con la banda. He is a [[Brass|Soother]], who blatantly Soothes everyone he comes across. This leads him to be mistrusted by many people. They are reluctant to do anything for him, as they are worried he might be Soothing them.{{book ref|mb1|4}} He is believed by [[Kelsier]] and many of his crew to be one of the most skilled Soothers on [[Scadrial]]. He helped to teach [[Vin]] some of the more in-depth aspects of Soothing. He has a refined and intricate control over his Soothing, and is skilled at Soothing people without them noticing. In the crew, Breeze is often used by Kelsier to interact with nobles, and he has several aliases among the different noble families.{{book ref|mb1|6}} During the overthrow of the [[Final Empire]], he operated with a team of soothers and rioters to recruit skaa for their army.{{book ref|mb1|10}} After the Rebellion when Elend becomes king, Breeze helps him write his speeches, as he is very skilled with persuasion, even without using his Soothing. He has a relationship with [[Allrianne Cett]] while he was in the service of Lord Cett, who was attempting to invade [[Luthadel]]. He tries to hide this because of the huge age difference between them, but everyone finds out when she arrives begging for protection.{{book ref|mb2|21}} It is later discovered that she is a [[zinc|Rioter]], and is Rioting Breeze's emotions.{{book ref|mb2|36}} Breeze often Soothes members of the crew to make them more confident, although he does not want anybody to know about this because he would lose his reputation for being uncaring.{{book ref|mb2|20}}
