Merge into Diem

The problem I see with straight up merging or co-opting Diem for the sand masters is that the Diem is also a building, the name sake for the sand masters. Then you're left with one page with two sort of wildly different definitions. What about a disambiguation page? Diem (building) and Diem of the Sand for the group? The thing is that there is a difference between being a sand master and being a member of the Diem, one refers to the ability the other an organization (similar to Surgebinder vs. Knights Radiant) and the name of the Profession is the Diem. I see the issue and the Coppermind admins are planning a staff meeting once we've all read the graphic novel to decide on this sort of thing.--WeiryWriter (talk) 17:15, 5 July 2016 (MST)

I agree that the articles should be separate, but I think it implies that they both need to be overhauled to address this issue properly. The Diem article gives little attention to the fact that the Diem is more than a building- that needs to change. And this article should not list a "leader", "headquarters", etc. Like you say, it should look more like Surgebinder vs. Knights Radiant. --Jofwu (talk) 08:23, 23 November 2016 (MST)
