Creo que el verdadero truco para hacer que funcione sería, en mi opinión, hacer una capa que se vea bien por sí sola. Entonces, cortar la parte inferior dos tercios hasta aproximadamente la zona de la caja torácica. Coser estas en cintas, luego coser algunas cintas más en el interior. Luego, quizás trabajar con los hombros o capas internas para hacer que la capa caiga de manera que parezca envolvente y que los lados puedan caer rectos.
The real trick, I think, to making one work would be to, in my opinion, make a cloak which looks cool on its own. Then, slit the bottom 2/3rds up to about the rib-cage area. Sew these into tassels, then sew some more tassels to the inside. Then, perhaps work with the shoulders/inner layers to make the cloak fall down so that it looks enveloping and the sides can fall straight.
