'''Cali Hatthew''' is a constable in [[Elendel]] on [[Scadrial]]. She joined the force in {{date|346|PC}}. In {{date|348|PC}} when [[Marasi Colms]] planned a sting operation against the [[Set]] in [[Bilming]], Cali begged to come. She and another constable from Elendel died in the conflict that broke out when the Set decided to resist arrest.
