However, while they did grant all known Allomantic and Feruchemical abilities, they were not actually made by the Lord Ruler, and instead, the [[Sovereign]] was involved.{{wob ref|date=2017-12-16|8921|Salt Lake City signing}} "Bands of Mourning" is a misleading name to prevent people from finding it.
