Elhokar then continued, that he was planning to lead a force to retake Alethkar. Dalinar suggested a small infiltration to open the Oathgate would be more effective, which Elhokar liked. Shallan asked to talk in private, and Elhokar ordered his guards out. She then put on one of her illusions, and explained she had been preparing a team of spies and offered her services.
