Is there actually confirmation on Ialai's killer? I am now doing my second reread and the annotation for Ialai's killer is marked as chapter 7, though that chapter explicitly DOES NOT name Shallan the killer. Veil did want to kill Ialai, but ultimately decides against it in the end.

The annotation for Ialai's death notes Shallan as the killer from chapter 7, but that chapter explicitly does not note Shallan as the killer. Veil wanted to kill Ialai, but reverses her decision after speaking to her. Should this remain the annotation?
