Sureblood is a white Ryshadium stallion{{book ref|sa1|26}} with dark colored eyes;{{book ref|sa2|81}} [[Shallan]] notes that he is actually a pure white color, not a dusty grey.{{book ref|sa2|77}} He is quite tall and will tower over a gelding.{{book ref|sa2|76}} He isn't as powerfully built as [[Gallant]], who is much bulkier and squatter than Sureblood.{{book ref|sa2|51}} Unlike Gallant, he does not make mirthful clicking noises with his mouth.{{book ref|sa4|22}}
